Let's get into it…
(1) Morning Microdose
The Class You Didn't Know You Were Taking
If you followed along with the newsletter every day this week, you’ll recall these topics:
(b) Overcoming limiting beliefs (resisting inertia)
Well, here’s the big reveal… this week was a class on how to change your life!
a + b + c + d = how to change your life
Here to tell you a story about this formula is, well, … me.
To summarize the video, as well as the week’s lessons:
Social grace and the ability to authentically connect with others are essential for leaving positive, lasting impressions on the people you meet
Unlike time, your potential is an infinite resource. You can tap into potential every day, and still not drain it, because it grows as you grow. The only things holding you back from fully harnessing it are your limiting beliefs
The day-in, day-out will inevitably grind you down. Add physically and mentally nourishing things to your daily life so that you can persist with focus and determination
You are programmed for toughness. Every time you break, know that putting yourself back together makes you THAT MUCH tougher
(2) Self-Care Giveaway Update

How beautifully candid and from the heart. Thank you for that share, I can relate in so many ways. I have had my share also of adversity and heartbreak over a period of years and I just now feel like I am coming out the other side of it. I can’t wait to see you grow more into this role, and I will be following and growing along with you.
Find a peaceful and beautiful moment that is just for you today my friend. - Helga
